If we haven’t met, I am Wally Bishop, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and founder of Wellness with Wally. I developed this 7-Day simple cleanse to revolutionize the way you think about food, and reshape your body from the inside out!
In 2006, I was a morbidly obese man who weighed over 450 pounds and had many health problems. By improving my nutrition and adapting holistic healthy living principles, I was able to lose more than 220 pounds. By adapting these natural holistic principles I reversed many health problems including diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure, lymphedema, frequent infections, rosacea, arthritis, urticaria and sleep apnea. I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, Huntington College of Health Sciences and American Fitness Professionals (Nutrition and Wellness program), where I studied a variety of dietary theories, nutrition and practical lifestyle coaching methods. 3. Having gone through several cleanses, I often found I had questions along the way and wished I had a coach I could go to for direction.
4. I want you to learn from the mistakes I have made during the cleanses I have done in the past. I also want to share systems I have developed to simplify the process. Why should you have to reinvent the wheel?

My husband and I had been talking about making a more conscious effort to eat well. When I saw Wally’s 7 Day Reboot /Cleanse program on his website, I knew that it was exactly what we needed! I was excited to learn how to curb (and maybe even eliminate) my coffee with vanilla creamer obsession and maybe lose a few pounds and find some extra energy too!
Wally promised it would be a wonderful week of eating delicious meals and learning new ways to improve our mental and physical health – and he was right! He provided so many helpful tips on how to get the most out of this week, and even better, how to use what you learned to continue with the program after the first week was over.
The plan included a comprehensive shopping list and lots of recipes that were easy to follow and even had leftovers for lunch the next day. Nothing too fancy or difficult to prepare, and you could pick and choose between the recipes in each category. And dessert? Let me just say, Chocolate Avocado Chia Pudding! So amazingly good!
My favorite new food item was Adzuki beans! Our favorite meals are the Seasonal Vegetable Curry and the Red Lentil and Kale Soup! It was really relaxing to know what we were going to make for dinner, to have everything we needed, and to really enjoy cooking together!
Also included was a workbook/journal to help focus on goals and to keep track of how you were feeling during the week. I really enjoyed the Facebook page that was set up for everyone who was doing the Reboot. It was inspirational to “meet” fellow Rebooters, see actual photos of what everyone was having for dinner, and to share challenges and successes.
I really cannot say enough about Wally’s dedication to his clients. Will I be hungry on the cleanse?
